Lana's journey in the finance sector began in 2007 when she joined CommBank after relocating from Victoria in 2004. Over the years, she transitioned into a leadership role, overseeing a team of up to five staff members and cultivating a strong sense of community within her team and with her customers.
During her tenure at CommBank, Lana actively participated in appointments and assisted with Personal Loan and Home Loan applications, deepening her understanding of lending practices.
In 2012, Lana's adventurous spirit led her to Kalgoorlie, WA, where she started a family. Eventually, her heart brought her back to Queensland, the state she loved most. In 2017, Lana returned to the finance sector and joined Profectus, driven by her passion for solving real-world problems alongside her clients.
Lana's commitment to excellence is evident through her educational achievements, including a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in 2018 and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking in 2021.
Beyond her professional life, Lana wears many hats as a leader, wife, and mother of two energetic boys. She is also an avid AFL fan and known for her optimism and independence. When not assisting clients with their financial needs, Lana dedicates her time to her family, friends, and community. She volunteers weekly at the Breakfast Club and her children's school Tuckshop.
